Turning houses into homes since 2012
DW Solutions is Ben Dziczek and Zack Whiting, close friends who started buying and restoring houses together in 2012. We've worked across Eastern Massachusetts and the Cape & Islands ever since, and today much of our work is helping families care for and settle estate properties.
Ben Dziczek
Licensed Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) and Construction Supervisor (CSL) for nearly 20 years. Ben has built, renovated and developed properties across the region, and he leads our consultations with families. He lives in Yarmouth with his wife and three children and is known for a kind but direct approach.
Zack Whiting
Zack brings a rare blend of experience. Since 2012 he has developed and renovated residential property, managed foreclosures, vacant and tenanted properties, and helped families and executors through the probate process. He owns a locksmith and security business, so the security side of every property, from entry and rekeys to board-ups, is handled in-house. At DW he leads acquisitions, estate engagements and the business side of the company.
